omg is that sweet
if they ever build that for real, dodge has redeemed itself over the charger
HOLY BALLS! That is one sweet looking ride. I would deff. buy one of those suckers if I have the money. Looks like they didn't change alot, which is a good thing, it still carrries the challenger look of having a hard body line down the side of the car, long tails, and gorgous front end. I want one. NICE JOB DODGE. 2 thumbs up!

thats cuz you're oldest @!#$ here, and you're the only one that actually saw one new at a dealership at one time lol
Don"t feel too bad 97 cavie I am only a yr younger than u,and that is a pretty well done version of that concept. At least if it makes it to true production minus screwing up what we see here,I would ride around feeling the same way.Personally I prefer the 1971 challenger but currently for a nice one it cost dearly.
now that is grounds for selling the cav. that is a bad ass ride i would so rolll the bish hard till the wheels fell off!!!!! PLEASE DODGE, BUILD THIS CAR EXACTLY HOW IT LOOKS RIGHT NOW.

i dont understand, all these cars that are being brought back look awesome from the nose the the back of the front doors. the its like the engineers went "ehh, thats enough for today"
About time dodge comes out with a cool concept....They definitely need to make this.
I like it, it looks good.. Modern yet old school.

paul i was 2 when the challengers came out
i used to look at a green 1 that sat around the corner from my moms , when i was growing up , it sat on blocks for the longest time , before they guy put it on the road
there is still 2 mustangs that just sit in my moms neighbor hood , a GTA and a mach1
A little off subject but a good friend of mine once owned a 1969 mustang mach I with a 428 cobra jet with a 4spd ALL original car!!!!! That car had no ac/ps but my gah the power out the AZZ.It had only been painted once,my friend had all did everything but a repaint everything was to the letter on resto.Yes the car would do 160 mph with out even trying, sure do miss the REAL muscle cars of the 60-70s era.Unfort he lost interest in it and sold it,I was like wtf,but it was his car and he was the 3rd owner.Makes me just shrug and say how do u lose the love for a kick azz car like that.

1971 camaro 427 --- here!
Stock... and loving every minute of it.
A little too retro for me. Retro styling should use styling cues from the old car, but not copy to that extent.

I love it, but I'm biased. 60s-70s Mopars have always been my favorite cars. I've owned a few (probably the coolest being my '73 triple black factory big block Dodge Charger), but always wanted an E-body (70-74 Dodge Challenger and Plymouth Barracuda). Of course, my favorite happens to be everyone else's favorite and is accordingly priced sky-high within the Mopar hobby.
I always said I'd never buy another new car for myself, not because I don't like my Cavalier, but because I don't want anymore payments. That changed today, if they build this car, I WILL buy one, even if it "only" has the 5.7 Hemi instead of the 6.1. For some reason, I can justify buying one of these at the same price as most of the restored 30+ year old ones cost.
