I'd part it out... you could easily make about $2k off of the rims, kit, tvs, and other aftermarket stuff.

dude keep it.. u can pick up a used b18 for like 500 bucks.. or get one for 800 off totaljdm.com pick up a b16 head off ebay. u can have a mid to high 14 second car for under 1500 bucks n/a turn around and sell it for 4500

well i dont think you know much about honda/acura so this is what you do. strip it down and get rid of all the useless crap. body kit, big wheels, tvs, system, and any other misc. crap. its already a 5 speed so thats a plus. acura motors and trans are a dime a dozen. w/ the money you make for sellin' all that crap, you probably will have 1/2 the money for a gsr swap. then get rid of that exhaust and do a full hks or n1 exhaust setup. those cars can be made fast w/ very little money
