Some tool i was talking to yestarday had a rice looking echo. So i asked him what the deal was. He said "it isnt an echo, it is a __________" (i forget the name he said) . Non the less he said it cost him $31,000 CAN....and that it is 1 of only 2 in canada. AND it has 400 HP.
Was this guy full of crap.... or is there such a car???

well, it sounds like he's trying to say it's a yaris with a bazillion HP.
one exists, that i know of - it's turboed, i believe. it's neither that fast, nor is a production car.
