Are there any forums out there for these cars? (in canada there is the Swift which is exactly like the Aveo....sold by Suzuki)

My g/f has an aveo. I personally like it. It's great on gas, and spunky, and roomy for a compact sedan.

Herd the aveo rides nice and what not, but i duno about reliablity....
only buy one if your looking for something to get back and forth to work with good gas millage, cuz if your lookin to mod or wahtever there isnt anything for it
I just returned my Aveo to Enterprise from after my accident....I hated it. I'm 6'2 and have long legs..way too smll for me...the stereo blew. At highway speeds the thing handled like and out of contol matchbox car....It's GM's cheapest and slowest production vehicle. Only thing I can give it was trunk space.... Small ass little car and I could fold down the back seat and fit my mountain bike in the trunk.

i dunno i resently found a turbo kit for it mad cheap like 1200 for an intercooled kit but i cant remember the link but its from a reputable turbo kit dealer or whatever lol its a popular website just search around you will find something

yeah not really into turbo'ing it or any of that crap. I checked my Ego at the door a few years ago. Looking for info on relibility, maintainace gas mileage etc. I basically have found what i needed to know. This is a Daewoo product and to me that says enough. Would it totally stop me from buying this car...possibly.

wow, this from a Cavalier owner....i would totally not buy one now. Not so much because with a Crapalier he would be an expert on quality automobiles....but because he owns a 1996 Z24 he's an expert on what REALLY crapp is.
