Im looking at doing some things to my girlfriends jeep for her...shes paying for it and doesnt have the most money so i wanna keep the price low. The exhaust has a leak so were gunna upgrade it while it is in the shop but for the air filter i thought why not just put a K&N cone filter on the stock intake tube. Can i do this? Where can just the filter? thanks

go to any car part store, and they will have K&N cone filters available.

be prepared to pay a pretty penny for it.

thanks, when i called advanced auto they said they didnt have them, so i went into look. They have a ton of different sizes running for around 40-50 bucks. Will this help any? I mean is it a waste of money?

i don't know how it'll affect a Jeep - i really don't know anything about them. you could always try buying one off Ebay...

or you could find out the exact dimensions needed(size of intake pipe, size of filter), and i might have one that'll fit. if it DOES fit, i could sell it to you...so get the dimensions needed, PM me with it, and i'll see if mine will fit.
