Last weekend brent rau's 4 cylinder outlaw eclipse ran a 6.97@198 mph!!

Its running a 4g63 engine (from the talon,evo,eclipse,laser) powered by a single turbo, NO nitrous! Very Very impressive for a 2.0L 4 banger and a car with no major sponsor.
