How much dammage is here? Lots....not only is the rear all messed....but the exaust was mashed up and now she don't idle right. The wrinkles in the metal made it into the rear quarter glass...
somebody tell me how much it might be to fix. How it happened? lol Granny decided that it'd be good to use the gas.....as the friggin brake! I cut the wheel and missed the guy in front of me. Gramma hit him too...kinda ricochetd off me and into him.
Poor car was immaculate. Oh well.

What do you mean? You almost hit him? and that's why the granny rear ended you? Or you just saw her coming, and cut it when she hit you, so you didn't slam into the car in front of you?
Whatever happened, that sucks man....might be alot of work with the rear hurt like that.
I was lucky to see her coming.
2500ish in parts(OEM)
3500ish Repairs
1200ish Paint
So probably about 7-8k so its totaled.
looks like there going to total out your car man. thats a fair amount of damage to repair.
usually once the damage reaches 80% of the value (blue book) of the car its considered a total loss. in Ontario thats a write off for sure.
sorry to hear that man, but at least you can look forward to a new car, and possibly a chunk of cash too.

Rear Quarter Panel damage usually means the car is totaled.

they will have ot cut out the quarter panel and thats well over 1k on its own.. so sorry to say bro thats a total..... like htey said 7-8 or so usually....
sorry bro that sucks..
I thought totaled meant that the frame was bent, can someone explain, please. Thanks
This car looks repairable to me not totaled.
framed bent normally means totaled. but it means that because of how much it costs to fix a bent frame. basically, as stated, once the amount of damage passes the value of the car (or a certain percentage of the value, depending on your insurance), they'll total it. its not worth it to spend $8,000 on a vehicle thats only going to be worth $5,000 once its repaired...get it?
GO PATS!!!
looks like it should just pop right out
There going total it for sure.
