Looking for some advice and helpful tips.

i'm running a 98 2.2L 2200 auto on dirt oval with a 30 degree bank. I heard it is best to run car at half a tank of gas due to the gravitational force with the fuel pump. is this true? I also would like to know if any one ran different tires sizes on their cars due to rev limiter. I currently am running 205's in the front, 215 in the rear passenger side, and 195 on the driver side being all 15" rims. would it be best to go down to 195 in the front, 205 on the passenger side rear, and 185 on the driver side being a 14" rim? would it be best to go with 195's on a 15" rim and not a 14" rim? all rim sizes for are track have to be the same.
