I am working on a 97 cavalier 2.2 to run on a 3/8 paved oval. Our track rules say we can't use the stock plastic purge tank off the rad. We have to use a metal 1 gal. over flow tank. The problem I am having is that the filler cap is on the purge tank. We also have to use a stock style rad. Does any one know if there is another rad with a filler cap that will fit or has any one found a way to use a metal over flow tank with stock rad?
