How would I figure this,
2000 cavalier 5 speed, dirt track racing, I want to go from a 15" wheel to a 13" wheel. then run in 3rd gear instead of second.
how would i go about calculating tire size to keep same rpm on same track?

we run a 215/60/15 at most tracks and turn about 7500rpm
