what ecotec has the best stock exhaust manifold to get the best horsepower but stay stock?
My guess would be an lsj Mani....

No way guys, its the lnf manifold, just be sure to hook up the garrett brand muffler properly.

why stay stock when looking for more Hp?
because its in a race car and rules state stock exhaust manifold!
what about the GM ported exhaust manifold for the LSJ
FU Tuning

Sig thanks to bxmobkrazey on gmscf.com
if it on a race car and rules state stock then i would stay stock i am not sure if there is a better free flowing exhaust mani...... you can go with the 2.4 ecotec intake mani that is stock and will give your 2.2 ecotec a boost of about 13+hp but as far as exhaust not sure....... someone said lsj mani and that would be my best guess as well if i was to go with one.
