I usually don't post this stuff on here but I'm so excited that I had to. Well I set my goals for this year in March and was finally able to meet them today. The temperature on the track was 33* with a 28* wind chill, so yeah any chance of hooking up was out the door. I was still able to pull of a decent 60' but I could feel the wheels slipping, I know it had a 2.1 60' in her but the conditions (and my crappy auto tranny
) just wouldn't allow me to get the tires hot enough. Well enough with the chatting here is the slip ( I'll scan the actual slip tomorrow)....
R/T - .205
60' - 2.200
330' - 5.909
1/8 - 8.985
MPH - 79.20
1/4 - 13.949
MPH - 98.14
Yup, I finally hit 13's on the last t&t of the year. It was done with a 75 shot and full interior plus some. My full list of mods are in my profile. I wish I had a video for you guys but I don't, I was rolling solo. I can't wait until next season to really see what she does, 13.5's maybe?? I have some sweet plans for it so who knows.

Nice 1/8 mile, but you GOT to do something about those 60'. What kinda tires, even though the temp was most of the problem?
You do the spraying Ecotec guys proud but I think it has a low 13 second pass in it.
Anyway, nice times.

Well my 60' times suck because I'm an auto. I don't spray within 60' either so that's a N/A time, which really is pretty good. I really have a hard time heating up my Nitto 555r drag radials because 1st gear just doesn't get them hot enough. I'll get it eventually though, I'm hoping for some 2.1's next season.
Thanks for the nice words.

Good job man. I've been a fan of how your car looks for a while, its nice to know its got some balls to back up the bling.

nice 1/4 time for an auto, especially the 1/8 mile
keep it up. mid to low 13s should be no prob.
Awesome times.
ever thought about upgrading the torque converter?

Thank you. I'm shooting for mid 13's next season but I doubt my car will ever see a low 13 second pass without me building the motor some which I do not want to do.

Thanks. I actually have a Yank 3000 stall torque converter sitting in my closet waiting for me to install. It would be in already if it wasn't such a bitch to install, but I will do it sometime before April.

Very nice times man. I wish I woulda got some times with my sc and 75 shot, but thats old news haha.
Looking forward to see what it can do with a better 60' and better track conditions.
Joeys car does look really good in person.
Can't wait to see it run next year!
