anyone know how to take the governor off for the cheapest amount of money

The Reason i ask is my car shuts off almost at the end off the track and its a little embarresing, and plus i could possible get a better time
What kind of racing? What mods do you have to support over 110mph speeds?
If you are racing a 1/8 or 1/4mi, w/o HEAVY modification, your car cannot do that speed. If it is an oval track, then maybe.
