found these from a few months ago, thought i would post them up.
this was before i put on the vibrant catback, so all i had was the bomz short ram and the tune done. also note, atleast 150 lbs worth of crap in my trunk. i didnt take out my sub, amp, spare, jack and tools, plus tools i brought to the track. time was limited, so i didnt want to waste it with cleaning my trunk out.

you should be alot faster than that. my 02 z did 16.5 in the 1/4. with only a arm bushings and sway bars. also didn't clean out the trunk.
Yeah u should be lot faster than that.
hmm, i thought the z24s ran 15s stock. is that a 5spd or auto?

My best was a 15.6 witha 2002 z24 upper and lower moter mounts, wai, and 56mm tb. Mine is a 5 spd.
FORGET GIRLS GONE WILD WE HAVE GOVERNMENT SPENDING GONE WILD!
My best is a 15.4 with just an intake and mounts with the 5 sp and 120,000 miles.
^^^^^ that reminds me....... we really need to hit up the strip together when I get my problems fixed
Keep trying man, mine pulled a 15.9 @ 85 with only a w.a.i, mani back exahust, upper insert, and shift plus.
i have a feeling my mounts are going too. im probably going to get the suspension done next so i can launch better.
then maybe new mounts / inserts and maybe cam swap... we will see how this year goes as a lot more of my friend and family are going to be coming to the track too.
thanks for all the comments. will post up more slips as the come in and hopefully it wont be 3 months after they actually took place again...

Ya you should of been alot faster because i have a 96 2.2 cavalier with a 5spd and i ran this for my first run and i'm only 17. This pass i only had a intake, header, and a 2.5" cat into the stock exhaust. And i don't have a tach so i didn't know what i was launching it at so ya that was a good run but i know that you could do better. Try to let your car run in between the cold and the first tick mark on the temp gauge.
