Took my 02 Z24 to the track last night, with my friends front rims and tires off his SRT4. The car is completely stock except for the GM supercharger kit. Here is what I got.
reaction----.8653-------.5021
60'-----------2.3395------2.3131
330'---------6.3875------6.2653
1/4----------14.9887-----14.8122
1/4-----------91.67--------92.18
Still wheel hopping through first but no wheel hop on the 1-2 shift and I was able to launch at a higher RPM.
Good times, they will def. get better with some mounts, header, and larger exhaust. How much boost are you at and was that with the 3.0 pulley?

Stock pulley, I have no idea what the boost is since I don't have a boost gauge.
I prefer I turbo over a supercharger as well. However for what I paid for the supercharger kit and the gains I have made you cannot beat the low cost of the system. My ecotec will be getting a turbo early next year.
nice times, once again, you cannot beat the reliability and cost of a supercharger vs turbo. I've been boosted on the m45 for over 3 years and not one problem other than usual o2 sensor replacements and sensors going out.
nice times.........i have yet to go to the track with my SC 2001 Z24..I also have intake, header, 2.25" exhaust, fully hp tuned, and a center force dual friction clutch, motor mounts and tranny mounts..im interested to see what ill get
Mr. Miller. are you going to do more stuff to the pontiac? it looks like there is a bit more that you could do to it, ever thought 2.5 inch exhaust?or any weight reduction? I'd love to see you get under 13 seconds with that, but then again it is an auto.....but excellent times none the less

How much is the supercharger kit? I know the Hahn Racecraft kit is $3400 right now on turbokits.com. Of course, its only for the manual trans.

MMMM, HIDs
I paid 1400.00 plus tax. 45.00 for the tow to the dealership for the reflash which was free. Total cost with tax and tow was under 1700.00, now thats a deal.
your reflash was free? they charged me $88

nice times for sure considering you dont have any other bolt ons.. makes me wish I didnt add so much weight to mine.

Yep, i have alot of plans in store for it. This is only the beginning i have alot of new goodies sitting around for it but now i have a problem i must figure out before i can go any further. I think my coil pack is going out or maybe something serious with the engine, i'll find out soon enough.... Theres a few never seen before/rare mods i have in mind for the motor as well so i'll post them up once i get a chance to do them.
I'm looking forward to it, maybe we can see you in the 12's or if we are all lucky......11's

Honestly with the charger your not going to dip into the 11's, high 12's is possible with some juice but im hoping for low 13's with some more stuff. Who knows, thats all depends on if my motor needs rebuilt again or what.
ya never know too many people are getting 13s with the charger I'd like the see something different
