is there much of a difference in a 2000 cavalier 2.2 5speed and a 2003 ecotech 2.2 auto which one should win at the track with no mods what so ever
money is on the ECOTEC. but go race at a track then come back and tell us

Stock... and loving every minute of it.
unless you consider driver mod. but completely stock, the ecotec surely has the advantage. 2.2 eco 140/150 hp/tq vs the 2.2 ohv 115/135 (atleast thats the 2002 ohv stock stats) and not to mention the efficiency of 16 valves vs the ohv 8 valves.
The eco, although not by a ton due to the autotragic.

High 15's possible with an auto Eco, bone stock. The 2.2 willl never follow that.
