I finished 2nd in FSP and 30th out of 58 entries. Not too bad for driving the car there. I was 1 of 3 cars who drove to the event, The rest were on trailers. I did hit the ditch on Sunday

that looks like fun!
and i can't believe i didn't hear a single F BOMB during that spinout!
I saw that spin coming. Were you on R compounds in the wet?
To an outsider, that looks easier than an autocross. Your going faster, but its nothing I don't do on my streets (only I stay in my lane).
man i dunno about that! around here, the roads we hillclimb on have a lot of potholes and frost heaves, makes choosing the "best" line that much more difficult. i wouldnt say its harder, or easier, just a diferent kind of challenge. finding time at a hillclimb means taking the same chances you would at an autocross, you just have to try to be 1 inch away from a tree or a boulder instead of a cone. the main reason why i dont do hillclimbs, too risky. my car club does both events all year. Ice racing is the best though!!

okay finished downloading, nice vid. The roads up here are way bumpier, and way way way more windy, lots of hairpins in the mountains of Vermont! Not a bad run though.

Thanks Guys,, I had a blast. There is no room for error when doing the hillclimb. Its very challenging and yes i was on the A3S04's both days. When my civic breaks loose usually its gone because it snaps so fast. i got lucky and went into a slide instead. Fun! Fun! stuff .

that looks so much more fun on a closed course
True, if you mess up you may not be driving the car home like you would in a solo2 event. I can't wait to try that ... Death to the cavalier!
