Hello..Yep I'm a newbie..Not to J bodys.. to this site..Past,'84 Type 10,'88 Z24..Presently I have an'02LS Sport..I bought for a beater @ under a grand..Because it's in such nice shape, I can't help myself and want to tweak it a bit..First off the question...Can I swap an '03-'05 column into it so a Cobalt / Ion style wheel will fit..I've found that the splines are different... I got a wheel from the BoneYard that looks like The 3 spoke Cobalt wheel but without the switch panels( rim vinyl includes spokes all the way to the airbag/horncover) I tried to track down what this wheel came off but the GM# brings no result..I'm not concerned as to whether the airbag works or not..
