yea way to much going on with the rims. for 400 you can way better rims then those.
That style of rim shouldn't ever be produced in a 17" size. They only ever look good on larger vehicles in 20"+ sizes. Please don't put those on a cavalier.

Those ADRs are much better. Too many spokes for me, but it's your car. Nevertheless, MUCH better.

How about not buying someone's junk wheels and picking out a set of new wheels that actually look good?
Drag Wheels are pretty cheap.
