NEWBIE WITH A RACE CAR!!

Hey everyone, im not real famalier with the cavalier motors..and i have a 98 cavalier 2 door. automatic.. just wondering if the car had a plastic intake on it, would i be able to put an aluminum one on so i could get a bigger TB and port out the intake to match?? please dont flame and any other suggestions would be nice on how to make the car faster..im not a newb at racing, i won championships already..just want to know some more about this car!

what kind of "race car" do you have? I know you're not talking about the cav, cause we all know that a cav is no race car

yes im talking about the cavalier!! its supposed to be an all stock class..but nobody else is..and im gonna be running against 6 cyl. cars and i just wanna know some things i could do to make it a little faster..

you need the super secret pringles can tb spacer. also hairspray. lots of hairspray. also, take off your airfilter, and stretch wet panty
hose over the opening. how you choose to wet the panty hose is up to you.

ya, turbo setup on a car running in a stock class. You're the douche.



as for things that could help, theres a few things you could do......however not sure of the possible ramifications for mods in your stock class...

ceramic coated header, intake, full exhaust, larger TB. Anything else would probably draw attention to the fact it's not stock.
