not much really, since it's the only base model.
i mean if it was the z24 and i had the dohc engine and a 5-speed it would be a different story cuz i could do more with it.
i'm actually thinking about just saving up like 10 g's and getting a wrx sedan or wagon.
thing that sucks is i got this at a dealer with 58k miles for 5000, 2 days later on craiglist a guy was selling a red 5-speed z24 with 55k for 3300.
most dissapointing thing ever.
i did actually get a pepboys muffler for 60 bucks and get it welded on at mieneke yesterday morning.
the job cost 100 but it's worth it cuz it sounds like a champ. i'll post a video later on.
will look real nice with a drop and tint.

mufflers a 3a from pep boys. got it welded on.
sounds pretty sick and i already got pulled over and luckily no ticket for its loudness.

k so i've been thinking, i'm probably gonna get some rims and drop it a bit.
any tips on what i should get to lower it would be greatly appreciated
also i'm thinking about 17's with the rims cuz 18 seems a bit large for a cavalier.
KYB AGX struts and Eibach Pro-Kit springs, gives about 1.4" drop all around.
17s are the best compromise between size and tire imo as long as ya go with 225/45.
please get new lowering struts with your springs
yeah my friend just got agx's all around in his prelude but he said i'd be good with gr2's since i don't race or anyhting and it's just for looks, opinions?
and idk what i'm doing for rims yet, i have like 300 to spend right now.
GR2's are stock replacements, which like stock struts, could last a year or a few days and then you're ride quality goes down considerably. I'd go with AGX's since they've been proven to handle that drop.
With 300, I'd try to find a used set of 17s, craigslist always has good deals

i was searching craigslist before and i saw a set of sick 17x7 adr's with tires but they were from an 02 civic coupe so they were 4-lug and i was really dissapointed.
theres not many nice 5-lug universals or 100's on long island i guesss haha.
my dad keeps bothering me about this because he doesn't want me blowing my strut mounts off my car.
can this happen? i mean i know it's possible but i don't race or anything like that.
