Nope, 16's are the largest that can fit without serious modification.
my question has always been "if you have money for 20's, and have to ask if they fit on a cavalier, why not send it to me and i'll do the research for you and let you know what i come up with?"

money for 20s? they arent all that expensive anymore. granted it depends on who you go with but you can get them for like 1200 bucks with tires now.
