Ok, I have a lot of after market electrical going on, but I have eliminated most of it due to the nature of the problem. First off I have adapted a Crane cams hi6 DI2 ignition system for my boosted 2200 (ran good last year with the hi6). after hooking everything back up from engine rebuild it was missing pretty bad. While fixing that I didnt disconnect the neg and recieved a good jolt from the coil pack/ ign cont mod. (hand was between them, i know i am a dumbass). Now it will turn over, but will not start. when I let off the key, the fuel pump relay and alternator will buzz (relay loud/ alt quiet) and my dash (idiot) lights stay on... even if the key is removed this all still happens untill the batt is disconnected. It is getting gas and will sometimes have a small backfire. So I believe that I may have cooked the pcm b/c if I hook the batt back up (everything off) pull and replace the pcm (10) fuse under the hood. All the buzzing starts and dash is lit up. pull the fuse and it all goes away. if the batt is disconnected before the fuse is put back, everything will be off ( like it should). Has me saying WTF. Any other possibilities??
I ruled out bad wiring, ICM, bad relays. I dont think the alt its self could be causing this, but could be wrong.
