well i jsut read the writeup on this it says there are alot of pro's and con's but they are not stated... so what are they?

the 2.3 swap has better oiling than the stock 2.4 pump so theres less chance of the pump failing with the 2.3 swap which is a big deal because no oil pressure = boom.
