^^ MISINFORMATION! dont listen to that. i dont know what year your car is Tom, but if its a 95 or older it has the OBD1 computer in it. that can be chipped. the OBD2 cant be, which is in 96- on up. obviously a good chip will cost more than $6.50. use your head on these things. if anything claims ungodly hp for a very, very low cost, then its a scam.

But thats totally different because you are changing parameters of the computer. This is nothing more than a resistor most likely.

Through piggybacking....Sure, chips on honda's may accomplish the same thing, but through different ways of doing it.
