1 of a kind motor swap

Hello folks.
Here is the gyst of what I am doing on this forum:

I have a 1992 GEO Storm (Isuzu Impulse with better body lines).
The car started as a base 1.6 SOHC with a blistering 95hp of Japanese fury. I converted it to manual and added turbo. But after doing all the possible customizations tot he car, it is still a second rate motor. You can put the best motor made for these cars in and beefed up internals....and still be LUCKY to have a 200HP daily driver. I have given up on the Isuzu motors at this point.
I have looked long and hard for a better motor. The only info not gathered by me was that the Saab 2.0/2.3 turbo motors bolt up to my transmissions. From there I learned about teh Saturns motors, then Ecotecs....which lead me to Quad 4's. And now J-Bodies.
I have found locally a 2001 Sunfire GT w/2.4 motor. Car is wrecked (really wrecked), for $200. It has 100% of the parts needed to make the motor run, however I still need a clutch and motor mounts/plumbing. only lilke 150hp.... which puts it lower HP than my turbocar.... but with higher potential. I know I could have bought a higher output motor...but for the price, and gettting to scrap the chassis.... it is the best bang:buck I will get.
So the questions shall begin......
#1 does anyone have a link to the best thread on what to yank and the best way to strip out the donor car? What all special stuff will I need..... like can I use my stock charcoal canister...or will the Sunfire have a "special" kind.
#2 are there any special tools needed to pull motor/wiring harness?
#3 How long will it take to gut the car of the needed parts?
#4 what sort of special stuff should I have to think about for the swap?
No-one has ever tried to install a motor onto their trans before and make it run. There is a guy installig a Saab 2.3t motor but is using the Saab trans. I want to beat his project. My estimated timeframe will be 1 month start to finish. I am a fast worker though and hope to pull it off in 1 week. But realistic enough to know that is not likely.

no offense but if you are able to convert an auto to a manual, dont you think you would have the know how to pull a motor from a car?

I am sure I can pull it.... but I will be doing it on the back of a trailer in a parking lot..... and would like to try and save time.
The auto to manual swap was done on a car I know ALOT about. I am going into the this project knowing the name of the car I am tearing apart..... I have never even sat inside a Sunfire before. I have driven a few Cav's though..... I have "some" self taught mechanical skills. There should be no problem with the nuts and bolts..... I just don't want to run into a super steel braided fuel line.... with metal coil csing on the inside I cannot cut through and a need to buy a special tool to get it apart.....like the damn Escort in the snow one cold Sunday morning.
I try and do all my research first before tackling a project of this size. It really cuts down on the extra trips to the parts store. Having a smooth swap is to goal. If I can find a place in the metro Detroit area to do the work in...... my driveway is not acceptable to try.

So if anyone has any thoughts or ideas....please feel free to share.

Haynes/Chiltons manual. It'll be your best friend.

As far as the engine, couple bolts on the upper engine mount, 1 on the lower, 2-3 on the tranny...

The wiring harness goes to behind the passenger side fender where the computer is located -- 5-6 bolts and a couple screws to remove (screws are on the fender liner).

Fuel I believe are standard hardline, not that "super steel stuff"
