I noticed today that my accelerator pedal seems a little loose. It's not when I push down on it to accelerate, but I noticed I can wiggle it left and right with my foot, and pull it up slightly if I place my foot underneath it. I just wanted to know if that was normal, or if somethings up and I should get that checked out. Thanks.
get it checked out or look up and under your dash and check all the nuts and bolts to see if there tight.

my cav has always been like that, it has a little play in it... my mechanic told me not to worry about it... although i still do...
yes this is common onn the js i have it my bud on his cav and fire m my buds g-dam my uncles's s-dime all have this so dont worry about it.
