First I would suggest you filling out your cars profile to help you more in the future...

My friend has it and liked it. It's a good intake. You can purchase it at www.definedparts.com

will I have a new motor going into the car I was not sure about the sercet weapon intake and I wanted to know if anyone has one in there car . I was going to reuse my intake now ( with some changes to it cause it is for a 2.2l motor from a 96 but the new one is the 98 up 2200 motor going in )

you're not hoping for more power out of the 2200 than the 2.2 right? the 2200 wont give you much more power, if any. if you havent bought the motor yet, id suggest looking into the 2.4 or 2.2 ecotec for the swap instead.

Check out my build thread!

Do the ECO swap then look for an intake.

Semper Fi SAINT. May you rest in peace.

there is the problem I have the parts car with that motor... I would love to do the ecotech in my car , but not too sure if the motor mounts , abs system and some odds and end are the same......right now I just want some more low end power and the 2200 motor has that over my that is in the car now.....plus we are work on a turbo system for the car.... i was asking if anyone has a picture on what the intake really looks like in there car , not a stock picture by the company

First off before other people get on your case in the future, it's ECOTEC without an H

If you were to do an ECOTEC motor swap, I'd suggest getting a donor car because you're going to need everything out of it like Motor, Transmission, Ignition System, Fuel System, Tranny mounts, Upper Motor Mount, etc. and I believe you have to upgrade your electrical system. It's a bit more involved on the Pre-2000 3rd Gens.
