i forget what i was looking up but i found this website and wonder if it was a scam.....

now i have seen cars like this driving around the town that i live but i don't know that they came from a website like this. does anyone know anything about this or have done it,
i mean its only $30 to join so if it is a scam then its not gonna break the bank.....but i wonder if it is really true, but it does seem a little fishy to me.

I've never heard of it but it doesn't sound logical...
