Valve cover how too

I would like a how to step by step the best way to get my valve cover on my ecotec as shiny as possible without painting/chroming

any help or tips woudl be great!

now some pics/examples would be nice too.....(Thought I would give you more of a challenge....lol)

any valve cover(ecotec) would be best as long as its not painted, i want to see how good it looks with just polishing it......

It's no problem...every forum needs a King!

I'll see if I can dig up some more info for you...I'm bored at work and have nothing else better to do. If I don't post again, I didn't find squat lol
