Does anyone have pre-painted valve covers for sale for 03-05 ecotecs? I am looking for a blue valve cover for my eco.
Does anyone have theres painted, and by who, or did you do it yourself?
If I were you I'd do it myself. Find engine paint, and make sure it can withstand high temps. Then remove the valve-cover, then clean and paint. Shouldn't be too difficult.
I had mine powdercoated black then cleared. Cost me $40 cash.
I'm try to set up a way to do this through my store so look for it in the future. Need a few cores first though.

Yea its easy to do it yourself, but you definetly dont get that Powdercoat look. The guy who will be powdercoating it does a 2 stage coat...
with a base color, then a chrome/mirror finish.
Here check it out.
holy big picture batman!!!!....but damn that looks good. But on a more serious note, I picked up a spare valve cover at a local pick-n-pull for $10, and then had in powdercoated matte black and cleared for another $40. That was 2 1/2 years ago, and it still looks new.
I want a 2.4 Turbo valve cover.. where can I get one like that ( not blue of course ) but what did it come out of originally or what site did you get it from ? I wonder if they make a 2.4 Supercharged Valve cover...
Thanks
Looks awesome
