Can the front end of a 2000 Z24 (bumper,fender and hood) be a direct bolt-on for a 2000 sunfire?
anything is possible with a will and a way. check out the FAQ in the exterior forum, but most likely YES it will fit. everything should bolt up nicely

Yes everything bolts up. You will need all the parts listed above. I'm not completely
sure but I think the 2000+ Cavs use the same 9007 bulbs that the Sunfires do, so you wouldnt really need to change the headlight wiring.
