if your havin trouble 'creating one' it can be done in somethin as simple as MS Paint
or nice and clean like Photoshop..
as far as gettin on here- then you need to have the file saved to your computer then
upload it somewhere like
www.photobucket.com
once its uploaded, right click the pic and go to properties and copy the url addy.
once you have that go to forum edit options and you can paste it in there. make sure
to put [*img] [*/img] around it. just remove the *
