Ok, here's the deal, I'm actually searching for a website that have this item and also have Paypal... Each website that I visited that actually have them, don't have Paypal and I don't have a credit card so it make things a little bit more complicated... If you know a good website that have this crank pulley and also have Paypal, it will be helpfull. Thanks!!
Solution: Evidentally you have a bank account and a checking account...go to your bank and request a Debit Card
Problem Solved.

Problem not solved since I don't want one

What's the harm in having one? They don't charge you extra if you have one...they take it out of your checking account and you can keep track of it yourself. It's mone you have, not money you owe. It's the greatest invention in the world.

have someone you know and trust pay for it, and paypal them the money.
I think I'll go with the customcargrills one since it's also stock sized and cheaper than the rsm one. And they have Paypal. But I'm still stuck cause it seem that their customer info doesn't recognize canadians zip code, at least not mine. There's a place where they sell RSM, in Québec, but since they are the only ones, they'll try to rip me off like they did for the throttle body (didn't bought one since the price was insanely high for a tb, even in cdn currency).
funny thing is, i was just like you and didnt want a debit card. But i realized that if i was serious about getting parts i would need to get a debit card. (which i like to use everytime now since i dont have to carry alot of cash).

He's so right bro...if you want to get serious about modifying and buying big parts and not mufflers and intakes, you're gonna end up needing a credit card #...I wouldn't suggest you getting credit cards but a debit card is TOTALLY different. Like I said before, it won't hurt you to have a debit card. No monthly bill, it's money you have and not mone you will owe. Trust me, it's the 2nd best thing in the world.
Seriously, sleep on the idea and go to your local bank for more info on it.

I have a debit card, to get money from my bank account, but how do you pay stuff from website with it??? It may sound stupid, but when you go on a website they have Paypal or credit card, how you pay with your debit card then??? Maybe the terms are differents in both language, it's why I'm asking (yeah I'm french canadian, even if people from Québec don't like to call themselves like that
)

Does your Debit Card have a Visa logo?
If so, then you use it like you would any other credit card...go to a website, enter your credit card number, if it asks for the verification number, it's talking about the 2 or 3 digits behind your card that's after your 16 digit card # (usually there is a space after your credit card #).

Also, some sites accept debit cards without the visa logo but most places make Visa logo debit cards.

You can also request a paypal debit card. Then you can just transfer money into your paypal, and use the debit card.
That's how I use my paypal money now. If I sell something and get paid via paypal, I use the paypal debit card, to buy more stuff, like gas, parts, etc...
