How much would it cost, and hard would it be, to make a 2000 sunfire front end , into a 2001 cavalier front end, headlights and assemblly, hood, fenders ,and bumper
It's fairly easy...
Cost varies. If you could get a cavalier from a junk yard and just swap the front end, that would probably be the cheapest way to do it.
Everything bolts up basically so as long as you get the right parts, you should be fine.

or find someone with a cav wanting a sunfire front
which that would be mee, dunno if you want an 04 front though, PM me though if you are interested
junkyard is probably more expensive than a new kit........
you need, fenders, hood, lights, bumper, wiring harness to switch over to cavalier bulbs...
and rebar for cavy front.....
get that from the junkyard, its the rebar that bolts onto the frame of the car, you have to take the sunfire rebar off and swap it for a cavy one
