I Had A 97 Cavalier and had a white face gauges put on but it began to loosen around the 40 to 50 mph range. I Have a 96 Z24 and I don't want the same problem. I don't know if it was because it was the summer in Virginia or what but if anyone knows if winter would be the best time or if there is a glue to use along with the adhesive backing would really help. Thanks.
maybe you didnt push it down all the way or something. if it happens again then just use some tape. i guess just use doublesided tape next time, or if its easy to hide, then use duct or electrical tape

Here is a suggestion...
If you want gauges, don't use the cheap APC stuff. If you want something good, spend the good cash for a custom made (to your personal liking) Gauge Cluster. It's not just the face...it's a full cluster replacement. You can do anything...put any type of background, put any type of wording, you can even put it to 200 MPH if you wanted it to say that.
