It's some good readin'... but I just noticed that it doesn't actually have anything written on the need for proper info in your registry.
Note that at the very bottom of every page here, there is a Terms of Service link.

There it says the following:

Basically, the forums here aren't meant to be an anonymous sounding box so there is a requirement that you use your proper name when signing up. You can use whatever name you'd like in the forums, but your account should be registered with your real name.
Normally we wouldn't go through all this here but I felt it's of benefit to other people to see this since that TOS link isn't terribly obvious and there's probably plenty of members who haven't read through it.
As for warnings in general... they're just a convenient way for a moderator to get a message to you without making some sort of public spectacle or relying on you actually checking the email address you signed up with. Don't consider it any sort of punishment or anything and in the future, as mentioned above, if you have any questions about one just use the contact link and someone will get back to you eventually.
