I PURCHASED POLYURETHANE EYELIDS FOR A 97 CAVALIER, I NEED TO PAINT THEM. THEY DONT FIT THE STOCK HEADLAMPS BECAUSE OF THE NIPPLES ON THE TOP OF THE STOCK HEAD LIGHT? WHAT DO I DO TO REMOVE THEM OR DO I JUST HAVE TO BUY AFTERMARKET ONES WITH THE SMOOTH SURFACE.......

yeah, just trim off the nipples and you'll be fine.
Shave the nipples off the great set of headlights (sorry...had to) and you will be fine, just dont cut too short, dont want em inverted
It's a four banger, you gotta bang it four times to get it goin'....
whats the point of the nipples....does it send the light straight somehow or something?

I was wondering about that too. I am thinking about getting eye lids for mine too. could you post a pic or does anyone know where I can see what a finished product looks like before I get them?

here's a picture of the eyelids that frank (onyxx2pt2) made for me.
Those are sweet, look real good on the car. Do all of them come with the corner light or do you have to buy them seperate?
