Ive got a '98 cavalier LS with a 2.2 and I was wondering what I should do to make this car as fast as possible. Now I know that it isn't going to be super fast to begin with but I would like to make it faster than it is.
intake, header, high flow cat, 2.25 exhaust, msd ignition, stiff motor mounts....also if you're looking to get something different...go turbo or nitrous

Well actually, with any motor, as long as you have a goal you can meet it. If you want your car to be a 500 HP beast, you can do it with turbo but it's how you build a motor and what you do to it.
First, figure out exactly how much power you want, what's your budget and the amount your willing to invest into your vehicle.

you would have to get nitrous or boost for that. Which can be expensive. If you boost it dont run more than 6-8 PSI without upgrading internals.
