Neither of them work. Dont even bother. The stupid Ebay chip just dumps way more fuel than needed because it tricks the ECU into thinking the car is running cold.

That chip is just a 10 cent resistor you can get from radioshack anyways........but dont bother its not even worth 10 cents.
