Are you looking for a stock one or Aftermarket (performance) intake manifold?

To answer your questions:

The after-market Manifold would help bring a bigger amount of airflow in. Now if your stock...it won't give as much gains as if you were even more modified.

The after-market throttle bodies are all just the stock throttle bodies that are bored out and have a bigger plate, so yes, it would fit on an after-market manifold if it was stock or not and it actually goes both ways (after-market throttle body on an stock manifold).

Now you have to realize the path of air flow....if you have nothing else but a bigger manifold, your not getting much airflow through because air has to come through your restrictive intake, then through your smaller throttle body and now into your bigger manifold. Even if you upgraded your intake and throttle body, your cylinder head will only take so much airflow in...to really get the optimal amount of flow is by porting & polishing the head because it is somewhat small and restrictive (like most parts on a 4 cylinder car).

Another thing...they are relatively new so which means they are more expensive. Right now the Venom manifold is close to the $1000 mark.

Now if you need a quick stock replacement, search on ebay, go on the Classifieds or look in your local junk yard.

I called the dealer and they said it would be like 115$ for a new intake manifold.. wtf... LOL an help is appreciated THX!

I wasn't aware it could fit on the ECOTEC. Even so, might be harder to find a 2.3 Manifold than an ECOTEC. You sure it fits?
