is the 4 speed automatic tranny commonly found in 3rd gen cavvys? ive seen quite a few cavaliers around my area and most are either 3 spd autos or manual trannys...
2.2's usually had the 3 speed, 2.4L's and 2.2L Eco's usually had the 4 speed if they had the auto's. The 4 speed was an option for the 2.2's, but not many got it. Since the 2.2L is a lot more common than the 2.4L or Eco, then its safe to assume that you would see a LOT of 2.2L 3 speeds around.
Mine is a 2.4L 4 speed. For now anyway.

My sister's 2.2 has the 3 speed though. Hear of the 2.2 w/ 4 speeds, never seen one.
