What was wrong with the shell? It looks really clean from the pics.
Sub'd I didn't know you bought the EVOfire. If you every need some extra hands I'm not to far from ya. Did you already sell the shell if not let me know in a pm what is left i might be interested.
I have more pictures to post. Not much is wrong the shell but my Fire is newer and red which is my preferred color. There was a lot of parts I wanted off of the evofire and I knew Chris would not part it out.
I'll be sure to hit you up Aaron will probably need a hand when I go to pull the engine and trans.
Not a problem if im in town ill gladly help we also went to 8 sections so as long as I dont have to be at work all day or floating around in a tin can im game.
Sub'd, love me a good sc build.

Awesome, I should be able to get more work done to it this weekend. Really all I have left is to pull all I want from the interior, pull the engine and trans, see if anyone wants any of the leftovers then sell off the shell. Then I can get started on the build for mine. The parts are piling up at my place.
How much rust is on the shell?

no rust. a few dents and dings, but no rust at all. a few bent pinch welds underneath from idiots not knowing how to jack it up.

Sorry this hasent been updated lately been out of town due to work. Anyway got back last weekend and decided to take my Sunfire out (the red one) and after doing a hard pull started hearing a bad knock. Yup you guessed it spun a rod bearing.
So now this weekend weather permitting much work will be done. I will be pulling the last of the usable parts of the Evofire and junking it. Then put the Evofire engine in my car seeing as how I need my car for DD purposes and getting mine back up to tip top shape. Need a lot of pieces to fall together for me this weekend for it to all work out but luckily its a 3 day weekend and I should be good.
Many pictures will be posted after said engine transplant takes place so stay tuned.
I bought this car back. Its red...boooo...I need a white one again.
