Got the car to Byron yesterday.
It ran stellar; but it was rich for all 3 passes I made, I kept turning the boost up little by little (I went a bit more for the 3rd run but I messed up the launch; ran 2 seconds slower at the same mph lol)
Street tires with a LOT of wheelspin.
Best ET was 12.829
Best Trap was 119.35mph
My final pass was 14.4 at 119 and i wasn't moving for the first like 100 feet lol. This run was at an estimated 33psi the car was FLYIN but too little too late.
The car has more; I just need to get the power to the pavement. I rolled out in first and had to feather it in second AND third.
Timeslips: (im car 20)
Video: this is my best (and first) pass. That CTS-v was not too happy lol.
That closes off the season for me. Ill drive the car around a bit; no upgrades till winter. Next year should be fun
.
Cheers.

Hell yeah.
Plan on visiting the dyno?
I might this year. Will see.
Id like to but I would rather take the $100 and buy header pipe fittings or put it towards an lsd.

Well done man. With more traction low 12s may be possible.

It's got better than low 12's in the current setup. Just a 2.0 60' should net a 12.2ish. I'm pretty sure with the proper tire and a few other toys high 11's will happen. Car 10...was my 2011 GT. It ran 11.66 @ 120 for a new best for me. I was more excited for Matt's 12.8 than anything my car did.
Congrats again my friend. If our plans pan out...we may have to figure out how to get 4 more injectors in there...

Pushrod POWAH!
Idk what all the fuss with multiple cams is all about. LOL.
I really like how we both looked at the DSM and then walked back to my car and

Thanks!
Next year should bring significantly better times if I keep going with it. Ill need to learn how to drive it lol.

Congrats Matt! I hope to be around the same mark with my car next spring with slicks and full boost.
You should have it in the bag. Your motor is way more than capable.
With slicks and a proper traction setup you could get to 12's with significantly less power than I have. Lol i had to mph it to get there cause i spun like 300-400 feet out.
