Currently picked up a base model 01 White Cav Sedan with a 2200.
Looking for some examples of some projects I can start on it.
Whether it be interior cathodes, exterior tricks, maybe aftermarket parts that help a bit, etc etc..
SHOW ME YOUR SEDANS!!!!
How many miles are on it?
Depending, I'd do a major tune up.
Replace all fluids
Plugs, boots.
Sensors if needed.
Brakes, brake lines, fuel lines
Shocks / struts and springs
Strut mounts
Every single bushing you can think of
Upgrade your suspension first, it'll make driving it a whole lot more fun.

I have had this car for over 4 years and have enjoyed every day with it. I get great comments with the car and it has made some huge improvements along the way. I have had no complaints about the car and i am doing everything the way i want it done. I am currently building a new turbo motor for the car for more power, and will be upgrading the car all around.

Knowing what I know now, and I had another 2200 car this is what I would do(not in any particular order).
- Performance -
*Upper motor mount insert
*Lower dog-bone
*Transmission bushing(I think at least one can be upgraded)
*Replace stock airbox and intake with a after market intake(any will work, buy a cheap $30-40 and replace the cheap filter with a K&N filter)
*possibly a muffler, maybe header
- Handling(bit of work, but I'd take a day and drop the whole sub-frame for this) -
*Urethane end-link bushings
*Urethane control arm bushings
*Urethane sway bar bushings
*Convertible J-Body strut bar(I think its the best one, it can bolt to the firewall for added strength)
*Rear strut bar
Its all pretty basic stuff, but would make a world of difference and would make a pretty solid base for later modifications if you wanted to try to go faster.
All said and done you could most likely get all those upgrades around $200-250.
First things first. Throw away the 2200. Buy an Ecotec. Make another thread when you get to this point. Good day sir.

Nice looking car, man.
This makes me want to mod my beater. LOL
I just picked up an 01 base sedan myself, just for commuting.
I see clean sedans like this, and I get the urge to upgrade mine.
Man that is one clean sedan. Makes me miss mine.
