so i just took my car into the local exhaust shop and they said the cobalt ss (LSJ) muffler would not fit on it without it dragging on the ground.
although it is rather "Tall" i believe it could have fit fine but yes probably would have had clearance issues. but nothing like they made it out to be...
anyways, i wanna see what you guys came up with on your cars. i wouldnt say i wanna prove them wrong but i do want to show them that it does indeed fit and work and that im not just talking out my ass LOL

Don't forget...most exhaust shops think in terms of "stock." Unlike true fabricators, if it "don't bolt on, it don't fit."

I think that would defeat the point though. People want the Cobalt SS mufflers because they have excellent flow while keeping things quiet.

The guy welded it on cock-eyed :\ taking it to another shop to get the tip cut off and repositioned(mostly to get it sitting higher).
Don't mind the bumper we're gonna fix it this week.
in the first pic posted it doesnt look like it hangs down any lower then the fart can on your car in your sig z yaaaa, hard to tell on the car with the body kit but i dont think it looks that bad
