The headers are custom. And yes, some of the welds are trash.
At some point I'll be building a new set that's actually equal length. These were my first attempt, and that's why I didn't get them coated.
I had a 2.2 for years, but never a turbo. Maybe you're thinking of JuicedZ4? He has a blue 1991 2.2 with turbo.
About the bumper- yes, I agree it's ugly. I was never a fan of the "spyder" kits. I kept it because it weighs less than the factory urethane. I may end up cutting off the lower lip. It's such a PITA trying to avoid potholes and driveway aprons all the time. Other than one or two guys running bags, this is probably the lowest 2nd gen out there, and I've still got maybe another inch or more of downward adjustment in the coilovers. Although, with 500+ lb springs all around, there really isn't that much travel anyways.......
