sell the fart can, and put the stock hubcaps back on.. looks mint for stock for the most part.
i like the color? there really isn't much to say about it. get her lower to the ground and maybe some stock 16" wheels if your on a budget. it has potential thats for sure
i would wet sand the headlights to get the "smoke" out of the lens, put hubcaps back on or get wheels then slam it but that is my opinion

use some 1000 grit sand paper and wet sand them then use a good rubbing compound and they will look a million times better

Well its a blank canvas that is for sure. Should be interesting to see where you go with it in the future.
I guess if I tried to give advice from one long time owner to a new owner I would tell them to have a well thought out plan in your head of how you envision the car to be. If you utilize that approach you will save $ and get the end result much quicker...good luck!
