Well guys, it's been a great ride. I sold the cavalier yesterday after owning it since 06. It was my first love, and I'll probably regret selling it for the rest of my life. It went to a close friend for next to nothing. This came about because my fiance gave birth to our son Corey oct 12th. I fought having to sell the car for a little bit, but practicality got the best of me. Besides It's time for something nice lol.
We are also moving to Louisiana this week, we both scored way better jobs, and we fell in love with the town we are moving to. It's going to be all around a way better situation for us all, and a lot better place to raise our boy then North Carolina. We couldn't be happier with this adventure.
Time for some reminiscing.

Kind of funny I kind of did the same thing and came full reverse. Had a g6 coupe, got my girl pregnant, sold the g6 coupe, bough a saturn vue. Sold the saturn vue and bough my kia sportage and the cavy ls sport. Now I have the best of both worlds. Nice cheap suv, that gets 28 mpg and a cheap, fast, fun car that gets 35 mpg. My daughter like the cavy more, and its really no that impractical getting her in and out of the coupe. So I actually drive her around more in my cavy than the suv haha.
Congrats on the lil one and yea I have an 8yr old that I got full custody of 4yrs ago and wouldnt change it for the world..But I still manage to take care of the Fam and tinker with my J..So yea I guess I have the best of both worlds also...lmao...Congrats man and how much for the Toyo Tails?? Modding the truck begins as once I unpack lol
EFI live, 5inch mbrp turbo back, intake, tint, hid's, 17's and 33's, and roll pan are on my list, in that order haha.
Come tax time I'll make my choice.
It'll either be another toy, and no not another cav lol. I want to build a drag car, either a outlaw honda, or a turbo f-body.
I'm glued to honda tech and ls1 tech lately.

Damn Charlie, I guess you finally went through with it after half a million part-out and for sale posts But congrats on everything going your way lately. And definitely congrats on your new daddy status. Just remember that time flies, my friend. Mine is 8 years old now, when it feels like just yesterday that he was my chubby little toddler stumbling around the house.
Oh, and by the way, yours was my favorite of all the yellow Cavis on here. If it was a 5-speed, I'd have been on you to buy it the first time around. That front end with the WW lip and those all-black headlights was just primo. Love it. I hope your friend takes as good care of it as you did.
