2003 "Turbo Sport" GM car, a bit too much paint for my taste, just an idea:
My interior was like this for almost 2 years and the paint was fine. Rattle canned it all with a ton of clear. I got lots of compliments on it, didn't look nearly as bright in person, sorry it's not the best picture.

interior is off limits for upgrades except the obvious, seats, steering wheel, shifter/ebrake, and gauges (which shouldnt just be thrown all over) and i have a really nice dash cover. I personally think interior detailing is tacky in most cars, unless you go all out and show like SNDSGOOD, thats just a great example of hard work and a show winner for sure! To each their own! Although I do kind of like those silver A-pillars...

If I was doing mine over again I don't think I would have painted all that I did although I must say that I feel mine was done tasteful I think I would probably leave more stock but more vinyl/cloth work. I love the way mine turned out and the extra padding an lines I added actually gives a more luxurious feel as well.

I plan to wrap the top dash pad, the dash piece that always cracks, headliner, door armrests, and the top half of the door in micro-suede. I split the center console in half and painted it, along with the cluster/radio bezel.

I've decided to go all black, speakers, utilizers, amps, door panels, and dash lol. I agree the clean look is alot more apealing then all the color.
